To our Customers,
One of our staff members recently tested positive for COVID-19. We have reported this to the Maine CDC, and while they did not recommend a need to close the store, we have decided that temporarily barring customers from entering the store is the best immediate course of action.
As you know, we take COVID-19 very seriously. Over the past 10 months, on top of our normal rigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedures, we implemented several precautions to protect our customers and staff alike…for example, wearing masks at all times, installing sanitizer dispensers, barriers and directional signage to keep individuals distanced, all so that you can feel comfortable entering our shop.
We deeply value your friendship and patronage, and want to be as careful as possible, so we will need a few days to be closed to the general public while we further assess this situation and perform a sanitization of our facility.
And then, when testing confirms that all employees are COVID free, we will reopen to happily provide you with curbside service for the next few days, and full service shortly thereafter.
